Wyn Ave brings 44 apartments and six micro-retail spaces to 3332 NW 5th Avenue in Wynwood Norte. Developed by ABH Developer Group, designed by Modis Architects and built by MG3, the six-story building pairs studio to two-bedroom residences with a fitness center, co-working space and rooftop pool deck. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a compact mixed-use building designed for neighborhood living.
