Wyn 05 is a four-story mixed-use building from ABH Developer Group at 3422 NW 5th Avenue in Wynwood Norte. Studio and one-bedroom-plus-den apartments sit above roughly 1,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail, with a rooftop terrace, coffee shop and co-working space. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a small-footprint building that serves both residents and the street.
