The Henry
The Henry brought Fox Restaurant Concepts' all-day New American concept to Miami in June 2023, at the northeast corner of Brickell City Centre. The 8,914 sq ft space seats 260 guests indoors and out, plus a 68-seat indoor-outdoor bar, a coffee bar and weekend brunch. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a restaurant that runs from morning coffee to late dinner.

All-Day Restaurant
An all-day restaurant never gets a break, and neither does its HVAC. Deaco Air delivered a system that adjusts as the room shifts from a quiet coffee crowd to a full brunch or dinner service. Work was coordinated with Brickell City Centre's building systems and schedule, so the restaurant opened ready for daily volume.
