The BLVD
The BLVD brings 283 apartments and nearly 50,000 sq ft of restaurant and retail space to 5700 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's MiMo Historic District. Developed by 13th Floor Investments with Tricera Capital and built by Civic Construction, the eight-story project covers a 2.2-acre site with 517 parking spaces. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a development that combines residential living with a neighborhood dining and retail destination.

Mixed-Use Development
Combining homes, restaurants and retail on one site means balancing very different loads. Deaco Air worked with Civic Construction to deliver systems for the residential floors and commercial spaces, coordinated across a large site and an active construction schedule. The development was completed in 2022 on one of Biscayne Boulevard's most visible blocks.
