Papi Steak, from David "Papi" Einhorn and Groot Hospitality, has become a South of Fifth institution at 736 1st Street in Miami Beach. Following a Rockwell Group redesign, the 100-seat steakhouse reopened in November 2025 with a red-draped facade, velvet banquettes and gold accents. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a high-energy dining room where the grill never slows down.
