North Bay Village Community Center
The North Bay Village Community Center at 1851 Galleon Street on Treasure Island is the Village's first new public building in more than three decades. Opened in October 2026, the center includes six indoor activity areas, a ground-floor café and a rooftop event space, surrounded by a FIFA-approved pitch, multipurpose fields, padel and pickleball courts. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a building that serves youth programs, residents and events year round.
Activity Space Zoning
Separate control for six indoor activity areas used at different times of day.
Café and Event Support
Conditioning for a ground-floor café and spaces that host community events.
Active-Use Air Quality
Fresh air and filtration sized for youth sports and after-school programs.

Municipal Community Center
A community center has to handle a quiet afternoon class and a full evening event in the same day. Deaco Air delivered a system that responds to changing occupancy across activity rooms, the café and gathering spaces, with fresh air suited to athletes coming in off the fields. The project moved from a June 2025 groundbreaking to an October 2026 opening.
