Eataly West Palm Beach opened in December 2025 at 580 Hibiscus Street, inside the former Harriet Himmel Theater at CityPlace. The 23,000 sq ft Italian marketplace combines two restaurants, quick-service counters, retail, a cooking school and the first performance stage at any North American Eataly. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a historic building reimagined as a high-traffic food destination.
