Dirty French Steakhouse

Dirty French Steakhouse brought Major Food Group's French-American steakhouse to 1200 Brickell Avenue in 2022. Designed by Ken Fulk, the restaurant features a Jungle Bar with gold-leaf ceilings, a disco-mirrored private dining room and several more private rooms, serving dry-aged steaks alongside French classics. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for a layout built around multiple rooms and a busy steakhouse kitchen.

Brickell Steakhouse

A restaurant with many rooms needs a system that treats each one differently. Deaco Air zoned the space so private dining rooms, the bar and the main room each hold their own conditions, whether one party is seated or every room is full. The kitchen ventilation keeps up with dry-aged steaks coming off the grill all night.
