Casadonna

Casadonna brings coastal Italian dining to the Miami Women's Club, a 1926 Mediterranean Revival landmark on Biscayne Bay at 1737 N Bayshore Drive. Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality opened the 20,000 sq ft restaurant in 2023 with up to 366 seats, a double-height courtyard bar under a retractable roof and a bay-facing terrace. Deaco Air delivered HVAC suited to a historic building on the water.

Landmark-Sensitive Installation

Retractable Roof Comfort

Climate control that adapts when the courtyard bar opens to the sky.

Bayfront Durability

Systems built to perform in humid, salt-air conditions on Biscayne Bay.

Casadonna

Historic Waterfront Restaurant

Historic buildings rarely have room for modern mechanical systems. Deaco Air worked within the Women's Club's original structure to serve a 366-seat restaurant, a full kitchen and a courtyard that opens to the outdoors. The installation brings modern comfort to a landmark nearing its 100th year while keeping its character intact.
