Casa Neos
Casa Neos sits on the Miami River at 40 SW North River Drive, a 30,000 sq ft Mediterranean destination from Riviera Dining Group. Since opening in 2024 it has grown to include a two-level restaurant, a third-floor lounge and a members-only rooftop, with dock-and-dine access from the water. Deaco Air delivered HVAC built for a multi-level, open-air venue on the river.
