Bread Building
The Bread Building transforms a former industrial site at 1770 South Young Circle into a 25-story mixed-use tower across from ArtsPark in Downtown Hollywood. Developed by BTI Partners and built by Civic Construction, the project delivers 362 luxury apartments, 15,407 sq ft of ground-floor retail and more than 30,000 sq ft of amenities. Deaco Air delivered a scalable HVAC system for high-density urban living, and the building celebrated its grand opening and full lease-up in September 2026.
Smart Climate Zoning
Individually controlled climate for every apartment, retail space and amenity area across 25 floors.
High-Efficiency Air Filtration
Air purification that supports healthy indoor environments in high-occupancy spaces.
Low-Profile, High-Performance Units
Discreet equipment that preserves the architecture while delivering reliable climate control.

Mixed-Use High-Rise Redevelopment
A 25-story tower with homes, retail and a full amenity program needs one system that serves very different spaces. Deaco Air delivered a fully customized HVAC solution, coordinating with Civic Construction and the design team from pre-construction through installation. The result is an energy-efficient building that keeps residents, retailers and guests comfortable, delivered on schedule for one of Downtown Hollywood's largest redevelopments.
