AIRE Bay Harbor

AIRE is a luxury residential building in Bay Harbor Islands, the waterfront community just west of Bal Harbour. Deaco Air delivered HVAC for residences where views, finishes and comfort all have to meet the same standard.

Coastal-Grade Equipment

Systems selected to perform in salt air and high humidity.

Residence-by-Residence Comfort

Individual controls for every home, matched to its exposure and views.

Concealed Integration

Equipment and ductwork kept out of sight to protect the interior design.

AIRE Bay Harbor

Luxury Waterfront Residences

Waterfront buildings put HVAC equipment through more than most. Deaco Air chose equipment built for coastal conditions and integrated the system cleanly into the building's design. Residents get quiet, consistent comfort, and ownership gets a system built for the long term on the water.
